Three Steps to a CYA Grade
Every card receives detailed imaging, in-depth condition analysis and final human validation.

Controlled lighting and multiple angles document every detail of the card.

We examine centering, corners, edges, surface and print quality against our 1,000-point standard.

Validate
A human grader physically inspects the card and confirms the final grade.

The 1,000-Point Standard
Every card undergoes a detailed, multi-point analysis. Each area of condition is measured and weighted according to its effect on a card's appearance and value, from centering and geometry to the finest surface and print details. The result is a precise score on our 1,000-point scale, which determines the final 1–10 grade. Cards grading 7 through 10 also receive subgrades.
